Artwork Policies

• The sale of original and commission work is done though this site.
• The prices of original and commissioned works is generally based upon the size of the piece.
• Photographic prints and cards can be purchased through this site or from my  Etsy Store. The sale of prints (either as art print, canvas or photo) is also done through my planet art & deviantART sites. If you would like to purchase an item that is not available in the store(s) please contact me.
• The purchase of art work does not transfer reproduction rights to the purchaser. The creating artist, Marsha Nelson, retains all reproduction rights.
• A deposit of 50% is due at the time of a custom order or commissioned work with the balance due upon receipt of the item(s).
• Shipping is not included in the price and the cost is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Insurance and package tracking is a requirement for shipping paintings and is optional for prints & cards.

• If you would like to share my website/blog please feel free to do so.
• If you would like to quote any of my articles you can but please provide credit and source back to my website/blog.
• I ask that the art work not be copied. If you would like to include any of these please do so as a link back to my website.

Responses to queries are generally made via email. If you would like a reply please ensure you are provide a working email address with your submitted communication.
